Ingredients
- Ground Chicken- 800 gm
- Potatoes- 6-7 medium
- Capsicum - 1 large
- Chicken stock - 2 liter
- Onion- 1 ( for meatballs)
- Garlic cloves- 4-5 ( for meatballs)
- Dry herbs - 1 tbsp ( for meatballs)
- Red Chili - 2
- Salt- To Taste
- Pepper- To Taste
Instructions
- Wash chicken fillets. Grind fillets, the chopped onion, garlic cloves in a stand electrical grinder.
- Form bite-sized meatballs. I advice to fry them till golden brown color. Drop meatballs into crock pot.
- Wash and peel potatoes, cube them and put into your crock pot too.
- Cut a capsicum into small pieces. Add them with spices, chili, salt and pepper to the soup.
- Pour Chicken or vegetable stock, cover and cook low 3-4 hours or high 2-3 hours.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves right before serving.
