CHICKEN KEEMA RECIPE WITH ONIONS AND BROCOLI

Ingredients

  • Ground chicken fillet- 1.5 kg
  • Onion - 1 large ( sliced)
  • Broccoli- 700 gm
  • Chicken Seasoning- 3 tbsp
  • Bay leaves- 2
  • Lemon juice- 4 tbsps
  • Salt- To Taste
  • Black Pepper -To Taste
  • Oil- 4 tbsp ( for frying)
  • Coriander leaves- To garnish
  • Fresh Green chili -1-2

Instructions

  1. Wash ground chicken meat.
  2. Preheat oil in a large pan, add spices and chicken. Mix well. Cover and cook until water evaporates.( 30-40 minutes). Put broccoli and cook 5 minutes more.
  3. Slice the onion, add to well-done keema. Cook 2-3 minutes.( Don't overcook, the onion will turn to be too soft).
  4. Garnish with green chili and chopped coriander leaves.
