Chicken Keema Recipe
PrintCHICKEN KEEMA RECIPE WITH ONIONS AND BROCOLI
- Total Time: 50 mins
Ingredients
- Ground chicken fillet- 1.5 kg
- Onion - 1 large ( sliced)
- Broccoli- 700 gm
- Chicken Seasoning- 3 tbsp
- Bay leaves- 2
- Lemon juice- 4 tbsps
- Salt- To Taste
- Black Pepper -To Taste
- Oil- 4 tbsp ( for frying)
- Coriander leaves- To garnish
- Fresh Green chili -1-2
Instructions
Wash ground chicken meat.
- Preheat oil in a large pan, add spices and chicken. Mix well. Cover and cook until water evaporates.( 30-40 minutes). Put broccoli and cook 5 minutes more.
- Slice the onion, add to well-done keema. Cook 2-3 minutes.( Don't overcook, the onion will turn to be too soft).
- Garnish with green chili and chopped coriander leaves.
