Ingredients
- " Almond Breeze" ( Almond coconut Unsweetened)- 1 1/2 cup or 360 ml
- Organic Chia Seeds-1/2 cup or 81 gm
- Unsweetened Cocoa powder- 3 tbsp
- Maple Syrup/Honey-6 tbsp
- Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
- Ground cinnamon-1/4 tsp
- Salt-1/4 tsp
- Fresh mint leaves- 3-4
- Mango ( peeled and chopped)- 3tbsp
Instructions
- Take a medium bowl that will accommodate all the ingredients.Put chia seeds,cocoa powder, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon , salt. Pour almond coconut milk into it. Mix well. Sweeten to your taste with maple syrup or you can use honey.
- Cover with plastic and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours ( I prefer overnight).
- Serve fresh with mint leaves and mango pieces.
Notes
If you like more creamy consistency, put all the ingredients into blender, blend 1 minute until smooth. Sweeten to your taste.
