Ingredients

  • " Almond Breeze" ( Almond coconut Unsweetened)- 1 1/2 cup or 360 ml
  • Organic Chia Seeds-1/2 cup or 81 gm
  • Unsweetened Cocoa powder- 3 tbsp
  • Maple Syrup/Honey-6 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon-1/4 tsp
  • Salt-1/4 tsp
  • Fresh mint leaves- 3-4
  • Mango ( peeled and chopped)- 3tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a medium bowl that will accommodate all the ingredients.Put chia seeds,cocoa powder, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon , salt. Pour almond coconut milk into it. Mix well. Sweeten to your taste with maple syrup or you can use honey.
  2. Cover with plastic and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours ( I prefer overnight).
  3. Serve fresh with mint leaves and mango pieces.

Notes

If you like more creamy consistency, put all the ingredients into blender, blend 1 minute until smooth. Sweeten to your taste.
