  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • Fresh cilantro
  • Lime juice

Instructions

How to Make Bang Bang Shrimp

  • In a medium bowl combine Bang Bang sauce ingredients. Keep aside.
  • Pat the shrimp dry using kitchen paper.
  • In a separate bowl mix together the buttermilk, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, white pepper, black pepper and salt.
  • Place Panko breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl.
  • Dip the shrimp in the buttermilk mixture and coat in the panko breadcrumbs. Place on the plate.
  • Preheat your air fryer. Spray the bottom of your air fryer basket with cooking oil spray or brush with oil. Place the coated shrimp into the air fryer in a single layer. Don't overcrowd the basket. Spray with a cooking oil spray, if desired.
  • Air fry at 375 F (190 C) for 5-7 minutes, depending on the size of your shrimp. Flip over carefully after 3 minutes, using tongs.
  • Transfer the shrimp to a bowl with lettuce. Drizzle the sauce over the shrimp.
  • Serve with lettuce, fresh cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

  • Enjoy!
