- 8 ounces shishito peppers ( you can get them at farmers markets, some grocery stores, and Trader Joe's
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the shishito peppers and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the peppers with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Arrange the peppers in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes in one batch, shaking the basket every couple of minutes to ensure even cooking.
- When the peppers are charred and blistered on the outside, remove them from the air fryer.
- Sprinkle salt over the peppers and serve with lemon wedges immediately.
