- Chinese Egg Noodles- 400 gm
- Chicken Fillet-1-1.5 kg
- Carrots- 3 medium
- Cabbage ( shredded) -200 g
- Mushrooms- 380 gm
- Snow peas-200 gm
- Garlic cloves - 4 ( chopped into small pieces)
- Soy Sauce- 6 tbsp
- Rice Vinegar-7 tbsp
- Lemon and Black Pepper Seasoning- 6 tbsp
- White Pepper- 1 tbsp
- Cooking Oil( Canola) - 4 tbsp
- Salt-To Taste
- Cut chicken fillet into small pieces. Take a large bowl , put soy sauce, 3 tbsp of lemon and back pepper seasoning. Mix well.Add chicken fillet and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Fry marinated chicken fillet until its cooked.Set aside.
- In the meanwhile chop garlic cloves, mushrooms, carrots,snow peas.Shred cabbage. Set aside.
- Noodles preparation
- Put the Chinese noodles into boiling water , cook 4 minutes until softened but not cooked. Rinse with cold water and drain.
- Heat the cooking oil in the large saucepan that will accommodate all the ingredients. Add vegetables and saute on high flame a few minutes.Add salt, seasoning.
- Take another large saucepan, fry chopped garlic on high flame, add noodles and 3 tbsp of seasoning, white pepper, rice vinegar. Fry on high flame 5-7 minutes.
- Add fried chicken fillet, and veggies. Stir 2-3 minutes more.
- Then turn off the heat. ( Garnish with fresh coriander leaves).
